At Evian World LLP, we strive to deliver premium quality office chairs and furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist with a smooth and transparent refund process. You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly by the customer.
- Clearance or sale items.
Return Process
- Email us at evianhelpdesk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Upon approval, you can either drop the product at our facility or we’ll arrange a pickup (charges may apply based on location).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report such issues.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, please check your bank or contact your payment provider.
